No, that only happens to people with small penises, when they get the disgust reaction they don’t have enough below the wasit circulation so the blood pools in thier gut muscles, sucking up tension causing chemicals and sending them to your brain, cussing a stress reaction when your neurons do thier sleep process and “relax” causing nightmares.

The movie doesn't really get into some of the other complications of his condition like being legally blind. Info on his real life is pretty scarce but you can find random stories on the net of people who knew him. Apparently his mom was way worse than the movie portrayed.
