About five years ago, I had a clear memory of disliking the tiny fragments I'd heard and seen of it, from earlier in life. But I recognized that it had become very popular, so I decided to give it an honest second try. I watched like three or four videos, and I didn't care for any of them. Inoffensive, dull entertainment, IMO. If you like it that's perfectly fine, but it's not for me.

I was pretty high when I watched Squid Games season 2 but a lot of it seemed to be like some sort of allegory for "reconciling" with the north. Westerners are intentionally being directed from Japanese media to Korean media and there's something fishy going on with it.
