farrell is amazing, absolute despicable piece of shit character. i really enjoyed this and appreciated how it showed how those type of people were absolute scum. also, the whale hunting and seal hunting scenes are absolute kino.

depends on what you like, the terror leans more horror which i like. the north water kind of alludes to some type of paranormal stuff but doesn't really expand. it's very good, although the last couple episodes it does take a weird turn, and honestly the ending tense but a bit of a let down.
