The great conspiracy the protagonist unravels is revealed to be incredibly shallow and a mirror to his own juvenile amorality. The reveal that the rich elites just want to lock themselves away and fuck and eat and drink is exactly how the protagonist himself lives. The reason he's able to unravel the mystery is because it's a mirror to his own (and by extension society's) degradation.

I don't think it was making fun of conspiracy theorists so much since the conspiracy was real, but I do agree the MILF was top tier.
I thought the most interesting part was when the Gatekeeper (or Key King or whatever), a high level guy in the conspiracy, freaked out when he thought Andrew was the Dog Killer. It showed even those at the top don't control everything and in many ways are just as clueless and helpless as the rest of us.

Good overall except for the part with the song writer which makes no damn sense even compared to the rest, adds nothing and just confuses things more. They've have done better to make it more ambiguous whether he really experienced it like his other visions or just left it out.
