Not really, he had a big controversy with the 'change the channel' thing, but he was lucky enough to not be the main target of it, and that many of the complainers were far worse people than him.

His awful review of Pink Floyd's the Wall also got him plenty of negative online discussion. Deserved negative discussion, holy shit was that a terrible video.
