I think the Japanese genocide is likely exaggerated to the same extent as the Holocaust of 6 million. How do you kill 30 million people in such a short space of time? I'd say it was around 5 million at most. I'm not defending Imperial Japan, but China tends to exaggerate its statistics, so of course they'll present data in their favor.
