You mean the demographic that went from voting 20% Republican to 50% Republican in one electoral cycle? All of the Democratic gains from 2016-2020 were completely wiped out. Texas is as red as it was when Obama was president.

The South is basically this. Whites in the South vote GOP so strongly it is nearly impossible to make the states more Republican. Some places are like 95% GOP.
