It's all part of the shtick I assume, since it's quite clearly very over the top. Though I'm not sure how relevant it is now, women for years were wearing, intentionally, tranny clown makeup that enhances the "sharpness" of what would be masculine features (and as a result looked like they were doing the opposite - like a man trying to hide his jaw, brow, and general facial robustness). I pointed it out to one girl and she stopped "contouring" though so I count that as a small win
Despite hating that style of makeup I actually do like the ridiculous over the top makeup on her (though her face is way too "hard" to get away with it) but that's probably out of the pure simple "unga bunga black lipstick ""goth"" makeup effect"
