I mean, Battlefield's not a bad choice. Pretty intense high anxiety situations, but if that's your jam. Wreckfest is fun stoned or not.
If you really get something out of being stoned and gaming, try Halo: The Master Chief Collection. You want something with cool visuals, scenery, and most importantly soundtrack and sound effects, but engaging enough so you don't pass the fuck out. In that sense, I would recommend getting into Warhammer: Vermintide 2. If you want a game that his sweet vibe when you're blazing, try Sleeping Dogs. That's a bit of a hidden gem. Little bit of a wonky camera but a good romp. Destroy All Humans is a laugh. If you have a Steam account, Johnny Rocketfingers is free, give that a go if you're toking. I play a lot of Star Wars: Battlefront 2. As for movies, you want either something that's very engaging or humorous.

I could give you a list of movies you should give a look for when you're baked but honestly? Dude, just stick with the guitar. Just pick the damn thing up and strum out something, anything. Some of the greatest pieces of music has come out under the influence of something, even aspirin. Its probably your best avenue of entertainment.

There's a stark difference and shift in the series that builds up to season 7. Seasons 1-3 are absolute classics. For me personally? There are a few lackluster episodes in season four, but season five comes back with an absolute vengeance and every single episode is an absolute classic. And they manage to keep that going through season six. By the time we hit season 7, the HD cameras came in and more professional looking shots like cranes and such were being used. So gone was the notion of it being a documentary series ala COPS from the criminals perspective that it started out as. Season 7 was Mike Clattenburg's last season, as well as Barrie Dunn. The put out a few movies, some of which were actually kinda miserable in tone and content, but they seem to have made something of a comeback as of late.

Just start with those seven seasons, man. You can decide whether or not you want to tune in after that.

However, his character got more annoying after Clattenburg left because Mike got onto the writing team and then made everyone stupid in comparison to Bubbles and how he was always the smart one and right about everything. Season 6 will always be the perfect end to the series, and a beautiful complete arc for the characters, but 7 is nonstop jokes firing at the top of their game. The second movie is amazing and exactly what you want from a Trailer Park Boys movie, though 1 & 3 are cool take on a note serious versions of the series (each in a different way)

Starting with 9, (or maybe 10. The post-movie seasons where Trinity is an adult and Julian has a bar) it's not quite the same, though still very entertaining. one of the worst things about the netflix seasons is how rickyisms went from being cleverly written mistakes to just taking an existing word and adding/changing a few random letters to it
the one example that sticks out is when Ricky refers to Hannibal Lecter as "Hannibal Lechner" when the obvious joke would've been to call him "Cannibal Lecter" instead, since he was, you know, a cannibal

Keep in mind and remember that the entire premise or pilot for the series started off as a black and white film. Its somewhat drastically different than everything else, but it more or less sets the tone for the series and is non-canon by the first Showcase episode.

Here's one of the jokes: that's literally how every season starts. Like, every one. The boys get out of jail. And by the end of the season? The boys are going back to jail. There are several jokes and running gags that are blatant and many MANY more that are so subtle, so little in their presentation that it actually takes a few re-watches to catch them all.
Its also on a certain level not exactly about the jokes; its about the characters. Its literally a violent 3D cartoon in a lot of aspects, but if it didn't have the emotional weight and levity the show has from time to time that emphasizes the care and love these characters have for each other, then it wouldn't have lasted as long as it has.
I'd give it another shot sometime there, bud.
