There's nothing in the bible that says gods from other religions don't exist. In fact, the old testament is pretty clear that they do, but Yahweh is stronger than them. While there is a line where Yahweh says "I am the only God" in context it's more of a "Compared to me, they are not gods" type of thing, not an outright statement of "There are literally no other deities."

What I mean is a classic serial killer, like Jack the Ripper or Ted Bundy. Started a rewatch of this the other day, almost done with season 1
Big thing to me is how white the show is. Yeah there's some blackies as side or background characters but most of the main characters are white. It's just white people going out and doing shit. Really crazy to think how much the world has changed in just 30 years....
There's also no sex or romance in the show. Some tension between Scully and Mulder but it's not front and center. We don't have to listen to Mulder bitch about his wife or gf and Scully isn't fucking a new dude every episode. Just straight content no boring side shit going on

This is an episodic show where the over-arching plot over the seasons is way less important than the short story contained in each episode, and produced at a time before streaming services and you were expected to just catch episodes randomly airing on TV not binge watching.
