the most forgettable alien movie. it really has nothing going for. alien had the crew and lore, aliens had space marines, alien 3 had the prison drama, alien 4 had space pirates, prometheus had the engineers, but romulus is just nostalgia pandering with an underage-looking cast that was utterly out of place. Prometheus isn't perfect but thematically at least it grapples with big ideas. It's a prequel that takes chances and attempts to answer questions raised in the original films. Romulus is a nostalgic bait filled mish mash of already well trodden ground. It is the "Last Jedi" of the Alien universe. Safe, predictable, and derivative. Utterly forgettable

Prometheus isn't that bad, it has some good ideas and yeah it does have the two dumbasses and some other questionable shit its still better than Covenant.
Covenant is just so fucking bad, I cant decide if its worse or equal to Resurrection.
