Yeah.
An actress needs to be passably attractive, but more so doesn't help sadly.

When you get like a genuine 9+/10 with an hourglass figure* with big titties she becomes distracting even as a love interest. She becomes obviously out of the league of the male lead, it seems like a plothole when everyone isn't turning their heads when she's walking by.
You can dress down a bit, but even then it's not enough.
