Used to work as an accountant at a small company. I basically ran all financial operations, working 50-70hr weeks. My job actually meant something, if I got hit by a bus or whatever the firm could seriously be fucked over - the owner would literally give me $300 bottles of scotch as gifts and shit for my hard work.
Then that company got bought out by a big corp, backed by some pension fund in Canada or whatever... I work maybe 5 hours a week now, entirely remote. Nobody knows, nobody cares; half my team is Albanian, the other half is in India. I seriously play videogames most of the day, jack off to AI porn, and go to the gym for >$8k/mo plus bonuses. I don't even actually work until after lunch (I take 2hr breaks now) as a minimum, some days I just jiggle the mouse every 10 minutes and do nothing. I talk to my boss for perhaps 5 minutes a week. She has no idea what I do 98% of the time. You anons don't even know, so much of this fake economy is literally just that, totally fucking fake. We are in the twilight years of the United States, much like the USSR in the 1980s... everyone knows the system doesn't work, yet it continues on inspite of itself, until one day it just stops...
