how does that not answer your question? i fully outlined what calling something "third world" means just for you. i've led you to the water you useless mule. drink it. quench yourself on the implications of the thought that third worlders are stupid, poor, and often evil, and that they like dumb spectacles and nigger-rich trivialities like fast cars - not just because they are expensive, or dangerous, and they are too stupid to respect danger, but because they are also loud, and third worlders love to be loud - they love to make noise similarly to how any mindless animal loves to add its own hooting to the endless cacophonous soundscape of a jungle
what i'm getting at is why even the niggers we have here in the US who have finally accrued enough parasitic social benefits to be considered anywhere close to "middle class" are still just like third worlders. niggers of any economic status are the exact same in their behavior, mindset, beliefs, values, everything; it stands to reason then that for some races they simply have an identifiable "programming" and among a collective of these certain races they all again fall under an identifiable series of unsavory archetypes.
so with all this in mind it becomes clear, the difference between something simply being "poor" and something being "third world" - because again, like i already very coherently told you, the "third world" is a system of reprehensible human nature and culture and it goes way beyond just privation
