Nah he's right you're too simple. You speak as if people exist in a vacuum. They don't. People are not naturally weak, they are made to be weak. Poor parenting is always the cause, who in turn had poor parenting, etc. Someone who had no positive role models who bumbles into adulthood working a dead end job has no incentive to eat healthy. They'll go for whatever makes them feel good, i.e. cake, sugar, candy, alcohol, and other shit. I know I'm not wowing you with these statements, I know you know what I'm talking about. People are weak because of the systems in place. Here's an extreme example: In order to have children, a man and woman must
1. Be married
2. Score an iq of 100 or above
3. Demonstrate the ability to plan a week's healthy meal
4. Demonstrate basic physical adequacy
5. Earn 60k+ a year
Then they can have children. The average individual does not score all four, you have tons of people who aren't married, who are below average iq, who do not eat healthy, who are at or below the poverty line, producing children who in turn seek shortcuts to feeling good. Like unhealthy food. The system creates weak willed individuals. This is not difficult to comprehend.
