the hagues bans the use of hollow point or expanding bullets (dumb dumbs), even though every cop in the world uses hollow points and most hunters use hollow points or soft points.
So we jew the rule (that we never signed or agreed to) in 3 ways.
a. MPs still use it because >they are enforcing the law they aren't combatants so they are only shooing Americans or POWs
b. M193 tumbles which makes it do the same shit an expanding bullet would do
c. we literally use hollow points but we call them open match tips and say it's for accuracy and not expansion
