All of them were once thriving cities with a mostly white European population, the hotbeds of architecture and arts, thinkers, extremely low rates of illiteracy etc.
Then socialists started implementing policies under the guise of "the greater good". Mostly by using the colonial background of these cities.
In some cases, like in Mexico, the commies literally destroyed native settlements and genocided populations to force them to live in the cities, in order to change the demographic background and make them less European.
And nationalization of things like oil destroyed the economies of these places. Venezuela has the largest crude oil deposits in the entire planet (albeit their quality isn't as good as say, Saudi oil) and their fucking industry is destroyed. Pemex, in Mexico, is a corrupt shithole that has stolen billions of dollars from the Mexicans. And guess what, Lazaro Cardenas, who was the one that nationalized Mexico's oil, was a commie fuck who wanted to make Christianity ILLEGAL. The Irish and the motherfucking Vatican had to send troops to Mexico to stop him. TWICE.
Communism doesn't appear out of nowhere. It's a set of retarded policies that sound good to beggars and retards while the commie fucks destroy everything in a slow, calculated manner.
