Nothing against the guy but I can't stand his delivery. It's not even his voice, it's the up and down lilting thing he does. Like a theatre kid who hasn't learned to control his voice yet and goes way over the top. Actually Doug does a similar thing with his voice which is why I've never been able to watch him either.
