Or Bullseye not taking aim again at Fisk when Matt jumped in front of the shot to save him when Fisk is the one who Dex has beef with. Or him going after Foggy or Matt in the beginning at all when Vanessa & Karen are literally right there. Or Matt letting his dumb as fuck girlfriend shit on him for the whole show without using any analytical argumentation to defend himself with. Or a little teenage girl somehow finding a serial killer with a kill count in the high 60s before the police somehow could. Or several cops going along with a plan that Fisk (a guy who all the police would've hated by the time season 3 rolled around since it's the entire reason for Fisk's arrest at the end of that season in the first place). Or Matt choosing to irritate an unhinged bank robber in that one Kameltoe Khan episode and not getting shot for it by him for some reason. Or Matt not going to save Frank at the end. Or Matt & Frank carelessly fighting multiple armed corrupt cops with bullets flying everywhere in a packed apartment that for all they know is full of innocents just living there, then ending it with the 2 of them callously walking away as the apartment is exploded repeatedly, which is recklessly out of character for the both of them. Or Matt & Karen somehow not finding the paragraphed evidence of the whole Red Hook shit that Vanessa & Fisk were planning since before the opening of the show until at the very last episode (which is over a year after Foggy's death btw, meaning neither of them even took the slightest effort in investigating why their friend got fucking assassinated since then) when it becomes convenient for them. That whole entire show had some of the worst writing from the recent phases of the MCU in general and is probably only hard carried by the fact that it stars a character people actually used to like (while also shitting all over him whenever it gets the chance to).
