Cartoony stylized faces, Anime stylized faces and more realistic rendered faces.
Look at different artists and see which of those is the most appealing to you.
In my opinion an important thing is to somewhat commit and develop towards one direction instead of mixing too much, lest you end up with the uncanny valley of westernized rendered faces with clashing anime eyes
