It doesn't work that well. TIE fighters hover inertly on the spot as they never did in the films. Many new buildings had to be invented for the game, and a lot of them don't look Star Warsy to me, more like like the designs from a generic Command and Conquer clone.

If you want all the content, the original Lego Star Wars + the Complete Saga would be acceptable.
Lego Star Wars II content is mostly unchanged in the Complete Saga version, but Lego Star Wars 1 levels are remixed and the Dexter's Diner hub world is removed. I think the Tantive IV bonus level is also gone.

I tried Kotor last year and it was the most overrated game I've ever played. All the characters having light side and dark side bars was just complete bait, barely anything actually changes depending on how you play. Want to make your girl dark side? This was my main gripe with Battlefront 1. The need to lean into the 'ends justify the means' angle for the big bad in the story. Having the general of the enemy go "forgive me daughter! I now see the error of my ways :,(" just felt like a wet fart in an otherwise kino story up until that point.
