Us gyro pros put our forearms near the wrist on our knees and micro adjust our wrists when we REALLY want to tighten up our aim/focus
Me I use max sensitivity so the littlest amount of wrist movement possible translates to effective aim
It's really just a matter of getting used to it. Just sit down and make yourself do it for a week.

As I side note, I wish the right trackpad would be bound to the mouse by default on the Steamdeck. The emulated controlstick feels like garbage and any game that doesn't allow simultaneous gamepad and mouse input I'll resort to using the right analog instead.
