if their kickstarter Nine Sols prequel comic is any indicator, it seems to be pointing towards a Lear prequel game. Sadly they've been extremely quiet about any possible creative endeavors that they might be working on, just that the director pretty much confirmed that they want to do something more with the universe now that they have an established fanbase.

It's the same language but different accent and a few different words. Basically American vs British English. The main difference is the writing.

I started playing Nine Sols recently and I just beat Jiequan, it's easily the most fun boss in the game so far, I thought Yanlao and Goumang were way too easy in comparison
