Basically Animal Crossing New Horizons mixed with post apocalyptic water world. Build up an island vacation spot, deep dive/go to islands to get resources to build things, craft things people want, give people jobs, make money.

The last two summery feeling games I've played were Dave the Diver and maybe half of Stardew Valley. Some Gmod maps can be pretty summery too, but enjoy half the textures being black and purple because you don't own Counterstrike 2.
