It's not a cutscene. It's the camera angle you get when any of the towers shoots you into the sky.

totk is fantastic in every way except story
worst story in 3D zelda, can't believe nintendo blew such a huge budget on "zomg we gotta keep following the fake zelda" and generic evil ganondorf

This board never got over BotW. They were seething about TotK for years before it even released.
