I’m playing Metroid Prime for the first time ever and, uumm, it’s okay so far, I guess.
MP4 needs to up the game big time if N wants my money, that’s for sure

Is it true that with all of Marvelous' boasting, they actually used a switch 1 card and that's why it's backwards compatible but when run on a switch 2 it has to install the switch 2 upgrade to internal drive? Would rather they had used a switch 2 card. They even charged more when its just the same card as the $60 game but just with a patch.

OP here. I just got the boost ball upgrade. Where to now? I have a feeling this game is going to be backtracking city…

Has anybody played Pokémon arceus on their switch 2? Loved emulating it but I never bought it. Ran and looked pretty bad but I’m hoping the updated hardware would make buying it worth it

It ran alright on the switch 1 so you're not gonna see a huge upgrade like with scarlet/violet. I think it's locked to 30fps. It doesn't have an upgrade yet so it's gonna be a little blurry with 720p resolution or probably less.

I'm looking forward to all the third party game key card releases in the near future. Yes, they require downloads, but what doesn't these days. Glad I was holding up Cyberpunk 2077 all those years for this moment. Having a blast.

I'm seriously considering buy boughting it.

Doing my 9th playthrough of Pikmin 4 since digital on Switch 2 fixed the loading times. Been trudging through Weapon Master on Soul Calibur 2. Trying to hold off on some Switch games until the next direct in case of patches but I cracked and did Pikmin 4 again so we'll see.

I did beat Pokemon Violet on it and may start Link's Awakening soonish.

I got enough unlocks to get Mirror Mode. Guess I need to man up and do GP and Knockout soon. However I got into crafting fever on Fantasy Life i. Switch 2 really became my Fantasy Life machine. I hope Stardew Valley gets updated with mouse controls soon.
