There are plenty of workarounds for using 2 mice at once, typically one is remapped to a joystick. How else do you think people play light gun games? Every PC light gun ever made is just an absolute position mouse.

These things work through fine fiber like metal pins piercing the brain at very specific spots. The issue is that the human body actively rejects foreign substances and will slowly work the implant out of place. having an implant forming scar tissue in your hand is one thing, but having it form in your brain is another, so while these things do work, until they can find a way to keep them in place, no ones getting sloppy BJs from Princess Peach's thick glossy lips any time soon.
