I always had a lot of fun with this one. The AI can be extremely stupid and you can super cheese it if you use codes to get certan cards early but it feels properly paced unlike many other Yugi games. You are never stuck endlessly grinding shit like deck levels.

The NDS 2011 World Championship is pretty good.
All tag force games are pretty solid I'd say.
Though good luck if you want to play Tag Force 6 or Special since the English translation that's finished sucks so much you're better off playing the Spanish/Brazilian one that's at least properly translated.

Do you find your opponents can easily get rid of the face downs you give them? You want them to flip them but if they're face down they can't be used for link/synchro/xyz and I doubt there are many tribute summon heavy decks out there. I do know if your skeleton man is impermed your turn just ends so I don't expect it to be great.

Well most people will just flip everything face up if they can't tribute off your Mimighouls. Though I have had people simply set tribute even with Mimighoul Dungeon up since it only stops normal summons not sets. Issue is if they flip everything upwards, a lot of Mimighoul's protection goes out the window since they need face down cards on the opponent's side for some of the restrictions. Honestly the only really nifty things they have are one sided torrential tribute with Mimighoul Dragon, some lite handrip shenanigans with Mimighoul Archfiend and you can use Masquerena to adapt to the situation once your Mimighouls start flooding back to your side of the field once they're flipped. It also dies really hard to negation and gets shut down possibly the hardest of any deck I've played by Maxx C.
But when it DOES work it's a lot of fun, it really struggles against anything even decently meta relevant. During Duelist Cup I just found my Mimighoul deck about on par with a mid tier Labrynth deck. Mind you a going SECOND mid tier Lab deck. Maybe I'm just playing them wrong though, but when I saw Fiendsmith hit the field or Branded I might as well have surrendered.

Yeah the trap card is the only thing that lets you use Dragon as a surprise nuke and I love it for that. Just drop that sucker onto their field mid combo and watch it light up.
Though again, a good trap deck is able to do the same thing. I just really feel Konami refused to commit to Mimighouls when making them. They're just way too vulnerable.

They're doing some unhits that are closer to Master Duel as well.
Cyber Jar, Drident, Terratop, Lifter, Nightmare Throne, Fusion Destiny, Big Welcome, are all unlimited just like in MD. Knightmare goblin is legal (still banned on the tcg), anti spell fragance is now at 1 everywhere, they're unhitting spright jet as well.
It's safe to assume that both formats will be more and more similar over time or that MD is the unofficial testing grounds for OCG changes.

This season was awful, but it's hard to tell if it was worse than the last one since all that trash blend together in my memory.
I just played decks I enjoyed( PUNK and Centurion) and luckily all went well

that's what makes nekroz great it's a soft lock it can only be used on in archtype cards but you can still water your deck down with other archtypes you just need to know what your doing.

You don't play snake eyes deck if you don't know how much plays are killed by the Oak ban. The deck is incredibly fragile now, and you are better off play any other combo decks which have a good chance of being far more resilient.
