That difficulty spike was brutal. Anyway, I made it this far without looking anything up but I have no idea what to do next. The end of Cynon has that four Calamities seal I can't open, the hills have the pickaxe key I don't have, the starting area I don't have anything to open the door to the tower, and the marsh still has the soldiers blocking the path to the abbey.
