I'm enjoying the shit out of the exploration in the game. Little hidden paths. Old areas opening up because of new movement abilities. Perfect "turn my brain off" type of game.

Enjoying the game, is the DLC worth it if idrc about the costumes? Base game skins already look great.
$18 is a bit steep. That's as much as Rising Tides and that's S-tier DLC

The Nier DLC is entirely cosmetic. But the Nikke DLC gives you Nikke-style shooting minigames and extra boss fights in addition to more cosmetics. Honestly the alternate Nier costume is worth the price alone imo. The sideboob dress is the best one in the game, plus it changes the default desert stage music to the one from Nier Automata

The game's combat just doesn't click for me, Eve feels like a fucking truck to control unsurprising with an ass this huge, and retarded dash-combos simply don't work half the time because you pressed Y a millisecond after B. I've spent more time trying to beat Scarlet ON NORMAL than all bosses combined across DeS, DS1-3, Bloodborne, Sekiro, Armored Core 6, and Elden Ring (excluding its DLC).

How does the Nier dlc work? I've collected some nier cans and but I've only seen Emil driving around once and I had no bullets lol, is there a way to find him or is it random?

We'll probably go the way of Bayo where we fight angelic themed enemies. That said I don't think Naytibas will get fully sidelined. There are still many of them that populate the world. It's probably half fighting naytiba and evolved naytiba and the other half fighting mother sphere androids and mechs.

I like the Providence boss and Providence music.

Theres a lot of tease about Naytibas too, Lily on Eidos 9 notes how they evolved to tolerate water and may even take like it as an habitat in the future.
Also all the other Alphas that are on their pure hatred phase, like Orcal in the past

I want a mod that continues to play the original soundtrack while wearing Nier dlc clothes. I love the nier ost, but it's only one track and the music in this game is pretty great as well.

Beat the whole game with UEVR, after a few tweaks it ran decently enough, though it had an issue where sometime some shadows kind of broke in one eye, eventually found out that just switching dlss upscale setting to anything else and back fixed it for a while (probably changing any graphic setting did)

Judgement Cut is a high damage healing attack with absurd invincibility frames, the buffing one makes you go sonic attack speed and boosts your damage. I don't know the purpose of the jumping one at all, but the sideways slash thing is great for combos since it is a guaranteed knockdown that you can use to interrupt boss combos and then follow up with Rush to do your own.

You'll wanna do enough another run with everything and then not take the hand at the end. This is because you need to accesso Eidos 9 to get a few of the clothing boxes there since nano suits change in NG+, even if the locations are the same.
Then in NG++ you can skip everything, and do the ending where you take the hand but didn't do the sidequests. I don't think any of the eidos 9 chests are new in NG++ so you'd only get vitcoins from them.

You can get 3 endings in 2 playthroughs, but the same is not true of all the outfits and exospines.

Yes. All things that get an NG+ variant need you to do that.
Exospines and gear also get an MK2 variant in NG+ for example, so if you missed the item in NG you'll only get the regular one in NG+ instead of the MK2 variant.

I am genuinely loving this game. Yeah Eve is an oasis in a ocean of ugly FeMC but that is far from the only good thing about it. The combat and the OST are great.
