No it's venomous. The spitting cobra spits its venom into your eyes, it's not absorbed through the skin or ingested. It's a bit semantic I'll admit, and it can still inject the venom into you directly via bite.

i remember going on vacation to the dominican republic and there were these spiders that were so big that their footsteps were audible while they were running on the wall or ceiling above you. fucking hate it. had one drop on me in the shower and ended up getting into a shouting battle with it totally naked

Every once in a while sometimes I see a single tarantula in my house, but they as far as I know the ones the size of hands that live around here just make you very very VERY itchy and nothing else, and you can usually just kill them with a good sandal throw + stomp or broom/squeegee attack.

Breathing makes it a poison, I guess I should have added inhalation to the poison list. Like the spitting cobra example, it' counts as a venom if its forcefully injected into the body (either from a wound or into a mucous membrane like the eyes) as part of an attack. If you want to be really nitpicky about it and shove poison dart frogs in your eyes then you can call that a poison.
