Kinda hurts. It's like mourning the past, when they didn't suck

So my tooth has a cavity in it right and I already have an appointment set in a few weeks to get it fixed, it's really started to hurt like a throbbing persistent pain and when I went to put some oral gel numbing medicine on it with a qtip the tooth is now bleeding from the cavity. Should I just call an emergency dentist and get it removed?

Yeah. Ever hear the term 'blinding pain'? One of my wisdom teeth crashed into my molar causing a cavity and it abscessed. It ached a little, no big deal, but then I turned around at work randomly and I just had intense throbbing pain on the side of my head. It wasn't like everything went white, like I could still see but for a few seconds my eyes just weren't registering what I was looking at. Such intense shooting pain that the world like.. ceased to be for a few seconds. I damn near fell over it was so sudden and intense.

I haven't had many problems with my teeth but I have had a few very painful ones. I have not regretted a single cent I've spent on any work my teeth have needed. The longer you wait, the more painful and expensive it'll get.

After the couple things that hurt my teeth, I'd be cool with losing the. When I went in for a crown for above abscess I asked if he'd just take the rest. He said no. No teeth would be sweet. Get dentures. Just spit out your teeth at the end of the day, wipe your your gums down. Sounds sweet. My teeth are fine now but I do hate them because they have hurt so much in the past.

The silver lining about teeth is that money literally solves everything. If your teeth are absolutely disgusting you can get veneers that make them look beautiful and if they're gone you can get fakes that look completely real. Money literally solves all problems with teeth, just make more money

i had an open swollen cavity like this once before for months before i got that tooth removed.
I'd say if the pain cools down after a day, just keep it clean and prevent food from getting into it until you get an appointment, but if you notice it getting worse, your face swelling or anything else that indicates an inflammation spreading, then you should get it checked out sooner than later
