Are you an early zoomer (1997-2001) gamer?
Core childhood is considered to be roughly 5-9 years old.
>>713507749 (OP)>Zillennialfake term used by zoomers to try and escape the fact that they are zoomers
>>713507749 (OP)>still trying to force shitty zillenial wordSlit your throat subhuman
>>713507853That's nice, I was born before 1995.
Quit coping about your zoomoid existence by making up fake terms
>>713507920Still wrong.
Don't you have some kneeling to do?
>zoomers wanting to identify with millennials
oh hell naw bruh
>>713508013>image is full of Gen Xers aka zoomoid's retarded parentsok zoomie, go kneel for BLM some more:
>>713507972
>>713507782So zoomers are in there late 20's now according to you? Fucking retard.
>>7135081471997-1998 are early zoomers. Zoomers are considered to be born from 1997-2012. Millennials are considered to run from 1981-1996. It isn't just people born after 2005.
>>713508147Yes, someone born in 1997 is in fact 27/28 now.
I'm sorry that this is somehow news to you.
>>713508147Zoomers ARE in their late 20s, anon
The current crop of children are Alphas
>>713507749 (OP)98god here. Pic seems somewhat accurate but there are things I've never heard about and other things I hated, like Happy Tree Friends. It was always to brutal for me. Why would I want to see something this cute be hurt?
>>713508230I agree. I never found Happy Tree Friends that funny.
>>713507749 (OP)>Core childhood is considered to be roughly 5-9 years old.For me, it was Halo CE & Star Wars Episode II
>>713508197>>713508205>>713508224Zoomer means gen Z in its entirety? That's fucking dumb. So the same faggots saying "you wouldn't last in a COD lobby" are the same faggots who mass report you for saying nigger? I think the meme needs more thought put into it.
>>713508310>Zoomer means gen Z in its entirety?what did you think it meant you retarded nigger?
>>713508310>memeit's not a meme, it's based on actual data.
Alphies are the ones born after 2013
>>713508365Legit thought it meant people born after like 2006, the Fortnite core demographic.
>>713508424Post war boomers and then the elvis/beatles boomers, yeah
I was born in 97 but I have a brother 6 years older than me and my family was poor and technologically illiterate so I essentially grew up in the 90s because everyone around me was 10+ years behind the rest of the world
you nigger faggot oomer poster need to kill yourselves
>>713508405>people born after like 2006so you think an 8 year old in 2014 at the peak of GG censorship was in CoD lobbies hurling slurs?
Which CoD was that anyway in 2014, Advanced Warfare?
There are a lot of zoomers out there trying to take credit or make themselves part of things they weren't there for.
>>713508508>t. seething zoomie
>>713508405i dont blame you, 4chan thinks everyone outside the 30-40 age is either a boomer or a zoomer
>>713508525No, but kids born in 97/98 certainly were in MW2 and especially MW3.
>5-9 core childhood
>1997-2001
its like I won the lottery, got to experience the absolute peak of vidya at the perfect time. how little did I realize that everything would be downhill from there.
>>713508405Because of the drastic shift in zoomers born after 2002, everyone born before that wasn't a child when fortnite came out so they weren't roped into it and the likes like the zoomers born after that. And of course the obnoxious minority is the one that gets to define the generation.
>>713508584they may have been the squeakers but it was the millennials already hardened by CS1.6, WoW, MW, WaW and MW2 shouting faggot and nigger.
it wasn't a zoomer doing this famous skit:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QEhPYaM-RoU
>>713508370>based on actual data>1997-2012 is the same generation>1928-1945 is the same generationthis only shows how pointless the generation shit is. people born in the beginning and in the end of generations have such a different experience its so fucking pointless putting them in these arbitrary categories.
I was born in 2001 and 7-8 year old kids I knew played COD and GTA. At 9-10 I had friends who talked about the Fallout series. At 5-6 I knew plenty of kids who played Gamecube/PS2/OG Xbox. I have memories going back to when I was 2 or 3 years old with games.
I have seen some Personality Cafe-escapees here who try to insist 7-12 is the peak of childhood and that you can't remember before that, but by 10/11 you're in the earliest stages of puberty and on your way to middle school. You get made fun of by most kids for liking capeshit or kid's cartoons by that time. At least that's how it was here. I pretended to not like Spider-Man from ages 7-9.
Realistically, the peak of childhood for me from what I remember/felt would've been 6-7. So 2007-2008 mostly. Your teenage years aren't meant to be your childhood, you're just legally a minor. 6-7 would be ages where you view things with more rose-tinted glasses, not as much 12-13 or god forbid 18-20 like I see some people. Maybe it's just because I'm autistic and don't conform to social stuff like that as much.
get back in the nursing home gramps
>>713507749 (OP)>>713508627I was barely sentient at 5-9 years old.
Core childhood is 12-16 years old.
This generation thing is stupid and arbitrary, and meant more as a guide for marketers than anything. ~15 years is simply too long; the youngest zigger would never have the same experience as the oldest zigger for instance, and to the extent that young ziggers are more alike old alpha-niggers than old ziggers, and old ziggers more like young miggers, etc.. Further, the dates move around with some frequently, further adding to their arbitrariness. And what of those born in late 1996? How are they not functionally different from those born in early 1997?
>>713507972I assume the MSM must also be believed when they claim bix noods dindu nuffins, when they claim Israel dindu nuffins, when they claim fags dindu nuffins, etc.? Either the MSM is not to be trusted, or they may be trusted. You are showing selective bias.
>>713508943Yep. Here's one of the people I was talking about. Has a horrid memory so he thinks his teenage years as his childhood, that or he wants to gatekeep memories 5-9 year olds had at the time. These types invade all sorts of generation/nostalgia discussions and try to gaslight people into thinking they don't remember their ACTUAL childhood and that their teenage years was their childhood. Meanwhile all their peers were on dates, having sex, learning to drive, getting baked. Reflecting on their childhood.
>>713508943>I was barely sentient at 5-9 years old.lmao sounds like you were dropped on your head then.
If you can't remember what you were doing at age 6, you are legit low IQ
>>713509047*How are they functionally different from those born in early 1997?
Apologies, I am sleepy.
>>713507749 (OP)Born in 97. would play xbox online games like halo 2 and conker live & reloaded when I was young thanks to my older bros.
>Core childhood is 12-16 years old.
>>713508943Normalfag detected. But I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and imagine you have a shotty memory.
>>713508732>2012On the edge. Could have been a '97/'98 zoomer. My voice deepened around 12.
>>713509839Did you miss the part about
>not old enough to play the gameif the message receiver was allegedly 17, then that puts the sender at minimum 18 years of age, which would be 1995. that's also presuming the clip is the original and not a reupload.
Everyone born last century should be banned from 4chan
>>7135099152012 - 1995 = 17.
>not old enough to play the gameI can click on any random GTA video and it's full of people in the comments calling it their childhood talking about how they played it when they were 7.
>>713507749 (OP)1998 baby sadly
I'm closer and clsoer to 30 and feel like i have jack shit to show for it
>>713509993i read 12 years ago instead of the actual video upload date, my error.
>>713508943Im sorry youre braindead, anon. I have memories going back to 3 years old. and as soon as I started kindergarden at 5 I have extensive memories from every year, most especially of all the great vidya I experienced. '91 master race really got to grow up in a magical time, though being born around 85 wouldve been cool too experience gen 4 and be an edgy teen for the ps1 era, or be a boomer who got to experience it all from the start.
>>713510258>have tons of memories from kindergarden all the way through college>could barely fucking tell you what Ive done in the blur of the past ten yearsadulthood is fucking shit. just end it now god im cooked.
>>713507749 (OP)I was born in 1996 and consider 2004-2008ish to be my formative years. So I got super spoiled by the abundance of video games available to me as a kid. Any weekend rental, it was so easy to blind pick a 7/10 game you've never heard of before.
Then you get into the Obama games era where things decline rather steeply but the world still had enough soul for youth to still be enjoyable. I still enjoyed interacting with video games, the E3s, early YouTube, 1UP, Giant Bomb etc.
>>713507749 (OP)I am kinda pissed that I grew up with the 3DS because PC is so much better.
I bet if I grew up with PC, I would have turned out a lot more strong willed, intelligent and competent than I am now because PC games teach you valuable life lessons like never giving up, trying again if it's hard, thinking up strategies and counters, actually exploring around instead of following the beaten path, thinking outside the box and such things, while 3DS games just threw everything at you without ever challenging you, which I think has made me weaker.
Thinking about this is very depressing.
>>713508370>AlphiesI prefer to call them alphoomers
>>713510606Let me guess, pokemon games?
Even though Zoomers are mostly far left and brainrotted by social media, they are the most red-pilled generation by far.
Their memes, while presented in an inoffensive tongue-and-cheek way, do show a collective and sincere understanding of the circumstances of modernity, particularly for men. Ignoring all the memes where the joke is just le sex, there are a lot that express brotherhood (boys vs girls memes), point out male loneliness, and even make fun of minorities. Zoomers don't seem to have a problem pointing out reality and how it contradicts wrongthink, even if again it's done in a playful inoffensive way to avoid actually pissing certain groups off. Even when we're forced to pretend that men and women are equal in every way, trans rights are human rights and basic biology doesn't exist and ignore crime statistics, we all know and agree how fucking stupid it all is on an instinctual level. Even the lefties have a useful role to play in spreading awareness of the JQ. Tiktok has made the truth impossible to ignore, and the elites thought they could get away with it. They thought we would play the role of the goy cattle they think we are and take it up the ass. Instead zoomers are "quiet quitting" because they realize they will never see any of their labor and efforts bear fruit. They realize they will never own a home, raise a family, or be part of a homogeneous culture. Even normies like Gerbert Johnson are calling out the J's, and we can see a strong collective desire to "return to tradition". Initially, I thought Zoomers were misguided with their over-exaggerated dudebro Andrew Tate brainrot that make it hard to take these sentiments seriously even though on paper a return to tradition would be a gift of God. But honestly, the amount of "noticing" that I've been seeing is actually insane. It really did seem like we were gonna save the world and change everything. Too bad they're all gonna get drafted. I hope they fight back instead of choosing apathy
>>713509047>nooo what about 96ers!Everyone from 94-00 is in the gay no-mans land of "n-no I'm not a zoomer!", when they absolutely are. The generally established cutoff is "basic cognizance of 9/11", which doesn't exist for 97 kids who were 4, and barely exists for 96 kids who were 5. But hey, they had to have a cut-off at some point.
The most prevailing change in recent years is smartphones, I would say anyone who didn't have a dumb phone first is subhuman.
>>713513056my first phone was at the age of 19 and it was a smart phone. am i a spiritual boomer?
>>713513056There are studies/reports of kids born in 97/98 who witnessed and reacted to 9/11.
How do people not remember things from when they were 5? Childhood/infantile amnesia has been stretched too far. Your earliest memories tend to be from when you're 2 or 3.
>>713514792it depends completely on when the internal monologue developed i.e. your first thought is your first memory, for me this was when I was 2 years old and went on the toilet the first time and was presented with a dilemma flush the ugly red poop or not flush and show it with pride. NPCs can't even remember last week, they never had that first dilemma when stricken with indecision they consult their master which is their parent, teacher, boss or consult their cultural programming they receive from men in lab coats on tv. You get the point
>>713507782>>713507821As some born in 99 I feel like the Zillennial label is accurate, simply because I don't fully feel like a millennial or a zoomer.
I didn't have Myspace or MSN or GameBoys growing up so I can't fully relate to millennials.
But I also feel way too old for Fortnite, TikTok, etc. so I can't fully relate to zoomers.
>>713514792>>713515442I've met a few people who have basically no memories before they were a teenager and it creeps me the hell out.
I vividly remember becoming sentient and self-aware for the first time when I was maybe 2 or 3 years old.
>>713517905I think I was always confused by decidedly-late trajectory of when some people here think prime or peak nostalgia is which makes me question their memories. I, on my own, always thought peak childhood was like 5-8, with 3, 4, and 9 being pretty important too. That 5-8 range being when you'll remember a lot of things from that time with more of a rose-tinted perspective but you're capable of having critical thinking skills too. For me 9 is on the older side of that but definitely a part of my childhood and 4 felt equally important. Before that is more 'early childhood' which while you're not really super aware of culture or even the years all the time, you still grow up surrounded with media and are shaped by the world around you unconciously.
Felt weird from me when I started looking more into this "generationology" shit where people talk about pop culture and nostalgia so much and suddenly people started saying "8 to 13 is the typical childhood favorite range". Just seemed kinda weird.
>>713520187why did gen X make the frvtiger aerq sovl but millennials made the flat cringe?
