Tutorial takes about 5-10 minutes until you get to do the gacha.
Go back to the Title Screen, hit User in the corner, and then type in the safe word to delete the guest account and start over.
Yes, the game makes you do the same tutorial over and over. 2x speed and Auto battle are locked for it.

Don't worry about all those banner stuff, that's for when you get more comfortable with gachas
Just know when you get to the banner stuff, the game gives you limited amount of items you can either earn or buy in the shop to spend on the banners which gives you units that you can use in game to fight with. The units are usually really powerful and good and that's why people summon on banners.

But for you, don't really worry about which banner is the right one to pull. Just play around with the game for a bit and you'll get the hang of it

I remember a lot of shitty gachas doing that, missions would have minimum "power" requirements attached to them and you couldn't even attempt the mission if you didn't meet them (that, or your stats would be artificially cut to make the mission impossible, like if you had 34999 power and the mission required 35000 you'd be doing 1/4 of the damage and take 4x damage but as soon as you hit 35000 it would be normal). Naturally the main way of getting your power up was to roll the gacha for better equipments, or dupes of your characters to merge them into higher rank versions.

In Maruki's world everyone was happy and got everything they wanted.
In P5X's someone is actively stealing people's desires and will to live, which is not what Maruki wanted, he wanted everyone to live their perfect lives.
As far as I played back in the Korean version the game, the only strict connection to the plots of P5 is that beginning where Wonder decides to intercept Joker's escape from Sae's palace and engage in combat.
I don't know if that was expanded upon past the 2nd palace because I stopped playing.

No. When you start up the game gives you a guest account. On the main menu you go to settings, account, and delete the guest account if you want to reroll. When you have a good account then you can link it to Google or whatever
Also heads up, it's better to reroll on mobile and then transfer over to Steam. Mobile gives you 24 golden cards to roll 3 times. Steam only gives you 23 to roll twice. Reason being mobile gets an extra golden card thanks to the download all screen.

Assuming this game uses the standard coinflip system that pretty much all Chinese gachas use, I'm sure I'll get them all eventually.
