The developers because the game has a shocking amount of cutscenes and dialogue that is just annoying. First Berserker has a mediocre story but most of it is just dialogue while you play the game with only a few cutscenes. That is better.

The only game in this genre with a good story is Lies of P, and really that is just more aesthetics or 'vibes' than the actual story itself and it is just obviously ripping off Pinocchio.
