>>713708341Nta, but I found it had some use. I have bad sleep issues, and often times I'm tired when I don't need to be, and wide awake when I need to. But, even then, staying with your eyes closed in bed, focusing on your breathing and nothing else, and doing that during the times you need to sleep, your brain will start to adjust. Sometimes even when not feeling tired just doing this for 30 min made me doze off, other times I tried for 4 hours consecutively and still couldn't sleep. But, I was still slightly rested from doing that, and while it took some willpower trying again the next day I'd go to sleep faster.
But, can say, it's certainly not easy to do, but certainly better than browsing my phone mindlessly late into the night
