Some balance changes like some mons getting buffs, some passives getting reworked to not be party wide (ulforce in particular). Of course this was implemented back on the vita. The complete edition version of cyber sleuth is exactly the same as HM in terms of tweaks. Nothing really major to be honest, if you don't like it, best to wait for TS which has significant changes and revamps to mechanics.

It seems that Bandai is deliberately creating inconsistencies in the lore in regards to Susanoomon. Just as Imperialdramon Paladin Mode's powers are derived from Omegamon, a Digimon it's supposed to predate, the exact relationship Susanoomon has with the Ten Warriors is extremely vague as well.

My theory is that it's actually related to Omegamon's profile in the 2020 Adventure reboot. In that show, Omegamon is actually an extradimensional entity from outside the Digital World. In times of extreme crisis, when righteous hearts band together to call out a miracle, Omegamon will appear as a savior to drive out the evil that is threatening to consume the world.

So in ancient times, when Imperialdramon was facing a crisis and the Digital World was on the verge of destruction, the external entity from outside the Digital World made contact with it and granted it power in the form of the Omega Blade, transforming it into Paladin Mode. When the Ten Warriors fought Lucemon and were on the verge of defeat, the external entity made contact with AncientGreymon and MagnaGarurumon, resulting in Susanoomon. And much more recently, when a WarGreymon and a MetalGarurumon were facing some great calamity, they made contact with that same entity and became Omegamon. So all of them draw power from the same mysterious external power source.

Angemon IS supposed to be on the stronger end. All Angel Digimon are. It's just that since Adventure, the stock of angels have gone down dramatically over time. The first blow was the birth of Omegamon. With the advent of Holy Knight, God Man, Holy Beast and Hybrid Digimon, Angels are no longer the de facto supreme "good" mons. Here's hoping WarGreymon's Brave Tornado is strong against dragons. I don't think there's been a single game where that's been a thing.

No one liked the online PvP and it was a waste of time and resources. There's an entire accessory mechanic locked away behind it in both CS and HM and it requires absurd grind to get.
When it was popular is also ended up just being meta gaming with no way to get around the meta gaming because you had to one-shot everything as soon as it was possible. There was next to no team building outside of the penetration and Ulforce meta in CS while in HM it was mostly the same as CS but instead of Ulforce it was Sistermon stalling, or people using Sistermon to gain nukes on things like Lucemon SM or ShineGreymon BM.

It only running whipe tabbed in makes it much more annoying than the vita or switch versions of the game.
