Bond seems like the last real major N64 gap to fill. Seems like he’s set up to be the last real newcomer whenever the updates stop. Toad I feel has never been given a fair shake in Smash always being reduced to Peach’s counter. I see Toad as a character to represent all of the Mario spinoffs. Juno just has huge tits.

For “returning” characters, Zelda seems like a logical follow-up now that we have Peach and they figured out the dress mechanics.

Adding Crash unironically killed all excitement I had for this hack. It's like they're undoing everything they did trying to keep it Nintendo-centric by changing things like the unfitting Mementos stage to a Jack Bros stage. Sonic is a backport so I'm willing to ignore that, but Crash just feels wrong.
