And it worked, switch 1 was memorable since you had a new hit almost every month, with something for everyone. Helped push sales massively since whatever game you wanted you knew was coming

Maybe, but in turn it makes them lazy and complacent, making the switch 2 launch look underwhelming in comparison. And with no word on those fan-fav series a lot of people are holding back until they get word on their fav franchises. And the longer they keep people waiting, the more likely they may decide, “maybe I don’t want a switch 2 after all”
