No. I play video games all the time, and I've been underweight my whole life.
It falls down to personal responsibility or poor parenting. It takes *less* effort to not be a glutton than it does to be one; you have to go out of your way to be obese.

Educate your kids on the dangers of sugar, high fructose corn syrup. Pack them lunches made from home cooked meals i.e. fruit, some homemade chicken to go with it. You cant control their every waking moment but you can do your part to alleviate or reduce the damage.

No it's literally just sugary drinks. I was a fat kid and a fat adult and then dropped it all with zero other lifestyle changes by not even cutting it out altogether but by dropping to a can or two a day instead of drinking it for every drink.

Fruits are heavily overrated. Most vitamins you need are in one apple.
They have tons of sugar and acids and not that much nutrimental value outside of vitamins.

I truly believe animal based food is only that high, for any reason other than having a healthy diet.
