Well you see, /v/hu got depopulated. How, why? First blow was hack and creation of /8/hu. Quite a few important anons then decided to stay there and not return to /v/hu, but /v/hu was still kicking since we still retained our soul, part of actual on-topic posters, potential fresh blood from /v/ catalogue and jannies to hide from and keep us fit. But second, most important blow, has been inflicted with creation of "/jp/"hu". This abomination was born from someone thinking it would be good idea to raid /jp/, and usually it would just end it quick ban of such genius. However this time fate (and jannies) decided to not touch the thread at all, supposedly to spite natives. After it archived, another genius decided to make another one, probably thinking it will be so convenient to move there once and for all, since you have carte blanche to shit all over the place, not caring about quality in the slightest, thus cementing birth of true soulless 24/7 namefag circlejerk general we were accused of being and have been closing to, but here the process finished.
Summing it up with 8 (and other altchans) exodus, now we have dedicated slophole in /diap/, on-topic thread on 8, and /v/hu as a mix of these is dying. That's if we're optimistic, factually it has already died.
