Im very much looking foward to it. Kinda sad its July 11. I had started a new campaign like 3 days ago now I dont want to play it. Fuckin Tynan im gonna pirate the fuck out of your shit.
>>713816687
It's basically a bundle of paid mods. SOS and geography mods and some animal mods. I'm not sure if it will be worth the 30 bucks, but we will see.

Piracy isn't theft, faggot. I bought all Rimworld DLCs full price on steam and even I don't care if poorfags want to pirate it. Get over yourself
>>713826424
Yeah I have a lot of smaller niche QoL stuff though. At this point I've done the pruning process and manually updated some mods myself enough that it won't be that big a deal, but it does mean time and effort curating my list again

"Theft is the act of taking another person's property or services without their consent, with the intention of depriving the rightful owner"
"Piracy generally refers to the act of illegally copying and distributing copyrighted material, such as movies, music, software, or books, without authorization"
Copying doesn't deprive the "rightful" owner. Not theft, try again.

There's no justification there, bud. It's strictly legal definitions. Piracy is not "taking". Is it illegal? Yes. Is it theft/stealing/deprivation? No.
>>713833913 >it doesn't even have ship combat LOL
fuck off
really? the one thing that made SOS interesting? so we're basically just flying around in a deployable house?
>>713833929
Yeah I don't think you're actually a human being. If you are you're basically a stimulus response machine like an insect. I'd say that I hope one day you'll form opinions and thoughts of your own, but it's not likely.
>>713834083
cool thanks
ill go torrent the gog version and see if I can't just put it in
think it'd work in multiplayer? Me and my friend like to play together
>>713834067
yeah you just fly around and land in other places and engage in normal combat. And don't forget: you're NOT allowed to speed up combat beyond 1x because it RUINS the feel of rimworld. Using a mod that removes this limit is RUINING tynan's vision.
>>713834067 >>713834094 >literally hired the people who made sos to work on it >but it won't have everyones favorite feature because uhhhhhhhhh >it's not in the carefully curated blogposts and previews videos duh
I booted up the game few days ago and there are so many new fucking systems it feels like bloat. Like come the fuck on, I have to sit 1 hour and design my ideology so that my priest can wear a specific hat?
>>713834246
It literally doesn't have ship combat, and the fact that Save Our Ships is now dead means the mod I enjoyed is worthless unless I buy another $30 DLC and I won't because the game is not worth $220 CAD. I paid $30 for it and it has constantly stripped away my favorite mods in exchange of making me pay for them.
It's literally paid mods.
>>713834287 >I have to sit 1 hour and design my ideology so that my priest can wear a specific hat?
No?
You can skip it or make a fluid in about 5 minutes.
Or make one and save it for later.

SoS2 discord. Go and ask yourself. Ship crew size is limited unlike SoS2 and there is no inter-ship combat nor ship weaponry.
Don't want to? Just wait and find out.
>>713834626 >uhhh the source? Do you have the source? I need source. Verified source. Backed by Snopes. Is this verified? Is it independently fact checked? I need the source. Exact source. No, that's not the source, I need the source.
lol
