A mechanic from my game: Stink. Hidden stat. Increases as you run and do strenuous activities, trudge through muck, etc. Reduces the effectiveness of food used as it goes up, and stinky party members attempting to give food to others may be rejected. Reduce stink by cleaning up. There is no way to track stink aside from noting peoples' reactions to your party and intuiting that you have done stinky activities. Using deodorant items when you are repulsively stinky actually makes you smell worse. Only bathing and laundry do the trick with the utmost effectiveness.

turn based combat where you only control the main character (shota) but you can pick a support character (loli) who have different abilities to use during combat, and to use their ultimate you need to have sex with them first, you could do 3 actions per day, combat would take up 1 action, where you pick your support, and having sex also takes up one action, the support (lolis) would have different elements and enemies would be weak to different elements, so you'd want to charge their ult (with sex) then pick a support that counters the enemy that you go to fight

Censor meter. The game is a TV series and the more violent/outrageous things you do the more censored it becomes, increasing the difficulty. enemies wear more armor, the weapons you find get weaker while enemies get laser guns, finally enemies get replaced with deadly robots. The dialog is also affected.
To delay the onset of the censors you need to minimize messy kills and try to keep it clean by targeting certain body parts and using environmental kills like cliffs, but not ones like crushers.

RPG you play as a wizard and spells have to be cast via verbal incantations. Game requires microphone turned on, has speech recognition software, and spells will backfire if you pronounce the incantation wrong.

I have thought of a streamerbait game, the streamer moves on a map, similar to heroes of might and magic, where they fight enemies, do quests etc, they can recruit troops in cities, the troops recruited are viewers, the viewers make a character beforehand, then the streamer recruits the viewers into their army, if the streamer wins fights the viewer's characters in the army earn items, money and exp, they can sell and buy items in towns, and level up with exp, with choices of different classes at specific levels, like having tank classes, dps, melee, healer etc, the streamer could tell viewers that they need more healers, so people pick healer classes, during fighter viewer characters also die at random, like if you have 100 soldiers, fight a dragon, losing 30 soldiers then 30 viewer characters get deleted, then they can make a new level 1 character that the streamer can recruit in the town again, the streamer would also have army levels and different abilities and passives for the army, the goal is killing 4 boss enemies on the map then killing the end boss that then gets unlocked, game cost 10 dollars to buy

for sonic: consume a number of rings to increase sonic's density for a period of time. you can control the timing and duration of this state; density increases your velocity as you travel downward, thereby allowing you to gain increases in speed when used appropriately.

once in the air: use rings to decrease density and allow sonic to float. once propelled skyward, you can keep your airborne state for longer by decreasing your density.

For example, if the user has more than 5 hours on Overwatch 2, quest rewards are rigged lootboxes. dpad is used to do spell symbol inputs. so if you do it quickly enough you can out shapes that represent a specific spell style. diamond for reinforcement. cross for blessings, square for offensive, circle for defensive. either way you'd move around with analog inputs while doing that to augment your normal attacks. how well you time the input and form the shape dictates the effectiveness of the spell.

Auto-adjusted difficulty. Losing to a mob or boss, automatically makes it easier the next time you fight it while also increasing its lootable drop table by random common item. All this is also DIEGETIC to the game.

Reverse auto-save: You need to save manually, and at certain intervals the game will delete your latest save.
