For the ecchi-loving anon that wanted another thread.
Omega Quintet is 75% off. It's not quite on par with Senran Kagura or Moero Chronicle, but it's VERY... Japanese, and it also has clothing damage mechanics. Valve will probably never greenlight another game like it.

People shit on the story (and rightfully so in some parts), but the overall gameplay and Hawaii is super fun to explore.
i wanna be recommended a traditional turn-based RPG that focuses on team synergy and class variety with the story being non-invasive and largely easygoing, with the player being able to take as much time as they need to explore, grind, complete sidequests, or do anything else without being pushed to the next event

Okay, it's pretty fun I think. Can't wait to build something gigantic. I love city builders and farming sims because you can build something beautiful but building your own factory should be interesting experience too.
>>713963001There's only 3 games. Nier (Replicant on Steam is a remake of this), Nier Automata, and Nier Reincarnation. Reincarnation was a mobile game that's shut down, so you'd have to watch stuff on that online or read a synopsis.
If you wanna get autistic, the series is technically a spinoff of Drakengard and a sequel to one of the bad endings of Drakengard 1. You don't REALLY need to worry about it, but if you end up enjoying Nier then consider checking out Drakengard to find out what caused the events.
If you wanna get extra super autistic, there was actually a musical/stageplay between Nier 1 and Automata. This one matters even less than Drakengard, but I'll list it for completionist sake.

Dredge is 9 fantastic hours, if you enjoy those you can then purchase the 2 dlc for another 3-5 hours, but i persoanlly would get a small break between main and dlc cause by the end of the main game the gameloop was getting stale, but it was cool to revisit a year or so later with the dlc

>>713969775Borderlands 3 has 2 Season Pass, so you can already tell that it has not all the DLCs with missions, even if the 2nd Season Pass is total trash.
If you want a suggestion by a fanboy like me, Borderlands 3 is bad from almost every point of view. Worst writing I have ever saw, very bad jokes and very cringe. Several incronguences with the story. I didn't even like the gameplay.
The only good stuff was the art, and some DLCs.
If you still want to buy it, you have to get the Ultimate Edition.
Make sure to check the other bundles too, because you should absolutely play the previous ones if you did not, like Borderlands 1, 2 and Pre-Sequel.
Pandora's Box has surely the best value, but it contains other games you could not be interested to, like Tales from the Borderlands and New Tales from the Borderlands.

But unless you're a closeted homosexual playing fag games, I dunno why you care so much. Just play what you want. If you got some kid on your friends list who cares that much, just remove them.
>>713971089It's banned on Steam, yes. But it's available on PC on another DRM platform. If you can't stand using non-Steam, you can either buy it on there and then just pirate it or just pirate it outright. Dungeon Travelers 1 is available on Steam though, bafflingly.
>>713971175>if she likes Solitaire, she must like a shitty roguelike where you randomly win with no skill involved and then do it all over againRude

Bought Marvel's GotG, been playing it for a few days and it's surprisingly fun. I kinda like early Marvel movies and this game feels like a good campy movie. Surprisingly A LOT of dialogue, characters yapping like non-stop and react to you doing certain things (like splitting off and taking a shortcut) which you almost never see nowadays. Game just feels "alive".
Animations are a bit jank though along the TAA shit.
>>713959016P3 is better, IW is better than LAD in terms of gameplay but the story is much worse. And I didn't even think the story in LAD was good (well, the first half was interesting but latter half is super weak).

>>713971339She did borrowed my DS to play Animal Crossing.
>>713970761>the gameloop was getting stale>Yeah, that's my biggest fear with Dredge and the main reason I haven't bought it beforeI think it struck the perfect length, its 4 biomes and the starting area and that left me content, another biome probably would have been too much.
Which is what happens with the dlc, one of the dlc is an extra (very well made) biome, and the other dlc has you revisit the previous biomes with some extra mechanics.
So playing the base game, then waiting for both DLC to release and only then revisiting the game was the perfect timeframe for me but i could see people getting burned out if you did it all "in a row".
Even more so because the gameplay starting to become stale near the end is a fairly common complaint i have seen in dredge threads back in the day.

>>713971353Guardians is almost hidden gem tier. The art direction on it is insane, and I personally like cooldown-based combat so using the abilities was fun
The dialogue is entertaining but towards the end of the game you do wish they would shut up in combat more. That's my only nitpick with it
>normalfags won't play it because it's too AA for them>/v/ won't play it because it's capeshit
>>713971540No sex. It's actually weird that Steam blocked it. There's suggestive CGs, but the worst offenders were already censored in the Vita version that the PC port is based on.
>>713971229The rice farming is really in depth, so it's not just your regular plant seed and water every day until you can harvest the rice like other farming games, so some people might view the farming gameplay as more of a chore, but I personally like it.
>>713971552I can see how it may get annoying towards the end. Honestly didn't expect it to have these vibes though, feels like playing/watching GotG movie or something to a degree.
I also didn't pay much attention to the game since majority of movie/comic games aren't good but at that low price though I may as well get it since it's been a while since I played a linear story game. Everything AAA these days is just "open world RPG sandbox muh replayability" variation.
>>713971634>No sexanother incel game
>>713971552it's also because the avengers game came out right before it and a lot of people got burned on that and figured guardians would be more of the same

>>713965717Grandia 2 had a great story, combat, boss design and if I'm not mistaking even the music was good.
>>713971901Actually I think my biggest problem with the dialogue was out of combat. It's cool for the first 50 times that they have a bark if you go off on a side path to find some loot. After the 50th time it is too predictable
