Played ds2 for a bit today. Combat is still shit, story is worse than ever. Will he ever make a good game?

After Metal Gear, Kojima revolutionized the horror scene with a fucking demo featuring a looping hallway. Instead of a full game expanding on that, he drops a walking sim TWICE and people are eating it up and gaslighting themselves into thinking it’s more than it really is.

I’ve never seen a game that was more fun to watch on YouTube than it is to play until Death Stranding was shit out. Good job, Kojima-San. Now that you dropped two full length and full price tech demos, I’d say it’s time to actually make a good game next, huh?

What is this cringy shit? The whole game was extremely cringey and tropey in an abstract shell. This is absolutely what happens when you have no one to tell someone with no self-awareness "No". The only bit I enjoyed was a certain song near the end. DS2 the worst plot of fiction.

I am a huge fan, got the deluxe edition in order to play it early... but DS2 finally made me realize Kojima is a menace without other directors to keep him in check.

Let him run wild and he will kill everyone and make the protagonist as miserable as possible in order to subvert your expectations.

I've been playing DS2 non-stop since it released. The only reason I am not playing right now is because I'm eating breakfast. Thank god my kids are adults now, because Kojima is taking up all of my free time. lol

Does anyone else believe that all these celebs and shit are doing it to make fun of Kojima or out of pity? Like you know how a lot of high schools now make the retarded kids prom king and queen out of sympathy, I feel it's like that. I like vtubers and the vtubing community always supported Kojimbo since he has been supportive of Hololive for years so Pekora's addition was the thing that made me decide to actually buy Death Stranding 2 at full price and not just wait for another mega-deep discount.
