Probably will get Bravely Default HD, Raidou and the Rune Factory game at a later date too. And besides, there is a myriad of Switch 1 games I haven't got the chance to play yet, and which benefit the boosts of BC.

Unlocked the final dungeon in M&L Brothership but the game is so exhausting to play that I'm taking a break from it.

Might buy DK Bananza digitally if only to have it day 1 and because I have Returns HD/TF digitally.

Should I get a Switch 1 or a Switch 2 (if I get any of them)? I haven't gotten a Nintendo console since the 3DS. Don't really care about stuff like Splatoon or ARMS, I might get Zelda or Pokemon if I can get them on the cheap.

I already have a PS4 with lots of games I've yet to play, so it's hard for me to justify that kind of purchase.

I can't possibly be the only poverty fag with a Switch 2 using it only for Switch 1 BC games. Even the "deals" on MK World are closer to 80 dollars after tax. Donkey Kong might be my first Switch 2 game if I can get it for like 50 this year on sale. I also don't like any of the third party Switch 2 games because I only buy physical and GameKey Cards are cancer in a box. And is it just me or did I have a fever dream that GameCube games on the Switch 2 NSO+ sub had rewind? I remember the F-Zero Treehouse demo having rewind but then final game doesn't have it.

I never got into Cyberpunk before, so it's new to me. I've actually not touched MKW all that much because I've been engrossed in Cyberpunk. (I also never got around to TOTK, but you said no enhanced games.)
Outside of that, I'm looking forward to Bananza, Daemon x Machina, Metroid Prime 4, and Pokémon. That's enough to keep me occupied until the end of the year.

Nearly everything runs better. I was playing that Gundam chibi game (I forget the title and don't come at me because I picked it up on a whim way back) and it's at least playable now, even if it's locked to 30FPS.
If you're asking about stuff that gets huge improvements and doesn't have a Switch 2 version like No Man's Sky, anything with uncapped framerates or resolution is going to see an improvement. Witcher 3 got a bit of a glow-up because it doesn't have to neuter the resolution as much.
