does it only work on fresh wounds in the middle of combat?
how does it "heal" exactly what dictates which way a bone should be set or how the skin closes or connects blood vessels, organs, and other tissues together?
at what point does "regenerating" something to a previous state become impossible because that new damaged state is now the average state of that person?
can certain wounds just not be healed because of certain magic?
how is say healing a warlocks felhunter the same as healing a human?
so many interesting and unanswered questions that are rarely explored on in fantasy because
