MMOs aren't even in-scope for SKG because subscription games are up front about how long you get to play. You pay for 30 days, and that's it. SKG doesn't care about games that are intentionally limited in availability and act as a service.
It's all about buy to play single player games and online games with a master server architecture. Ones that are effortless to preserve but publishers are intentionally bricking when they could be kept in a playable state with little to no effort.
