Meh. I played it as a game first and it wasn't anything special. Also, the only part I ended up actually having sex in is when I got raped by two vagrants in the city then got pregnant from it. Every other sexual encounter with enemies just didn't seem interesting enough, or it contained gore.

Erotic horror involving hideous monstrosities raping women is fucking great. There's too little of it.

It's quite mechanically basic, and nothing comes remotely close to how difficult the first game could be.
This is why there's the H-content though, because there's a good amount of it, and it's all high quality. I'm not even a guro hound.

I like it because it's more old school. You need to have good positioning, they don't give you a magic invulnerability button. But it's not anything spectacular.

Honestly, not really. I found this game to be annoying as fuck with the corruption mechanic making it so the more you get hit the harder it is to break out of enemy grabs so if you get hit once you could potentially spiral into getting caught over and over. And there's an easy mode that resets corruption on death but a lot of areas don't actually kill you they just teleport you to some rape dungeon so the setting is meaningless. Final boss is also quite annoying unless you spam items. The game isn't that hard overall but the later levels have a ton of shit to pelt you with that you're not really equipped to deal with well so you just have to tank it.

The H-content and visuals are absolutely top tier though so it's all worth it in the end. Even if most of the H-scenes are reruns of the first game

no. It's very simple. Fine as a way to deliver h to the player but not good enough to stand on it's own.
The only good fight is the final boss. The secret boss is okay too but a bit too much about memorizing the laser spawn pattern.
