I have a theory that WoW was originally intended as like a spin off for the RTS games, just a fun romp through the setting, fighting all the famous characters and nothing more.

Archers gloves usually cover index/middle/ring finger because its what draws the string back. There are a few variant styles, and I'm not an archer so I can't go into much detail on it. It looks like they went with a artist/drawers gloves for appearance more than anything though maybe theres archers gloves like that too. Was funny playing the Alliance side for once during Classic/Season of Discovery and actually finding out they had an actual attempt at story. I played since OG Classic/Horde and was more then happy with Horde Quests being lukewarm kill a bunch of shit since a bunch of pre-wow mmos were made to be freeform in the first place.

the devs said tbc and wotlk rushed out illidan and arthas because they didnt know if wow would last. they wanted the players to see the big characters in expansions rather than slowly building up to them and potentially having the game die before they can make an appearance
